2. Product Description
1. The main machine adopts an air distribution structure with high wind pressure and high wind resistance, and surrounds the air flow diffusion
structure to make the sand particles suspended evenly and fluffy, making it difficult to splash.
2. The suspension height of the sand grains is adjusted indirectly by adjusting the air suction volume through the fan inlet, making the air volume
control sensitive and making the fan less likely to be overloaded or work at a lower air pressure. This allows the sand floating machine to save
energy while extending its life and reducing noise.
3. There is an air-induced dust removal port on the top of the upper ring of the floating sand bucket, which can be directly connected to the dust
collector without affecting the operation.
4. This machine adopts an integrated structure, and the 4KW fan on the surface is controlled by a foot switch to start and stop, which is more

A: Of course. We can customize the design according to your requirements.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Production generally takes 30-45 days, and the specific delivery time is based on the quantity of equipment.
Q: How about overseas installation and commissioning? how much time is required?
A: We provide remote guidance and overseas technical services. If you need us to arrange for engineers to go to your company
to install and debug equipment, you only need to pay additional travel expenses for the engineers (including wages, transportation
expenses, accommodation and catering expenses).
A single set of equipment usually takes 3-5 days. The whole factory equipment usually takes about 10-15 days.

A: We support T/T and L/C payment terms. you need pay by T/T advance 30% as deposit within 7 working days after signing
