1. This machine consists of a wax liquid holding tank, a paste making roller tank, two wax paste mixing barrels, a water cooling system and a wax delivery system. The inner tank is welded with 304 stainless steel plates, and the heating layer in the middle is welded with 2 mm thick stainless steel plates. Electric heaters are used to individually control heating, and water is used as the thermal conductive medium. The outer layer is a rock wool insulation layer, which can effectively This ensures that the temperature is not lost and prevents people from being scalded.
2. Heating adopts automatic temperature control. The temperature is set by the temperature controller. When the temperature reaches the set value, the signal is transmitted to the temperature sensor through the temperature sensor.
